  • Guests pay a fee per point for reservations secured at various intervals:
    • $21.00 USD per point for reservations secured 0-7 months in advance at any DVC Resort.
    • $21.00 USD per point for reservations secured 7-11 months in advance at select resorts (see list below).
    • $23.00 USD per point for reservations secured 7-11 months in advance at premium resorts (see list below).
  • Last-Minute Specials: Points available for reservations within 3 months or less of check-in are advertised at an agreed price plus $5.00.
  • Minimum Fee: A minimum fee of $X.XX per reservation may apply to ensure fair compensation for owners.
